Prices are correct at the time of going live. 

Booking & Payment

To secure your stay at Ivydene Cottage,a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks (42 days) before your arrival date.

For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

Cancellation by Guests

We understand that sometimes plans change. Should you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by email.

The 30% deposit paid at the time of the booking is non-refundable.

If a booking is cancelled within 42 days of arrival, the remaining balance remains payable. However, if we are able to re-let the cottage for the same dates, we will always do our best to offer a refund of monies paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

As unexpected circumstances can arise, we strongly recommend that guests take out suitable holiday cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by Us

We look forward to welcoming all our guests to Ivydene Cottage and do not expect to cancel bookings. However, if circumstances beyond our control mean that we are unable to provide your accommodation, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund of all payments made.
